The extent of flooding is astounding and I wish you all the best. We in Missouri will be dealing with it shortly also. I'm in Marshalltown, so we're a mile or two away from the Iowa River, which is the only thing protecting us at this point. They've closed several roads to and from town, but luckily none of the town has flooded yet (my basement sump pumps have been running for about 2 weeks straight though, and they'll probably continue so until the end of June I'd imagine). Hell broke loose here in Iowa City last night....the levee near the Coralville Strip broke and the strip is completely flooded. It really is amazing to see everybody come together to help sandbag and protect the businesses and homes. God Bless. We’ve been thinking about you and all the Cedar Rapids residents, Erik.
